WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED BY US?
“Personal data” means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data from which we cannot determine your identity (“anonymous data”). When you access the Site or run Deceit, we may collect the following data:

Device data (such as operating system and hardware information)
If you send messages within Deceit, the content of those messages
If you install Deceit via a third-party store, an anonymous account token
If you submit a crash report to us, a memory snapshot from your device
Deceit uses anti-cheating services that are operated by third parties via client software (the “Software”). When you run Deceit, the Software may automatically load and install its latest version on your device. When using the game, the Software may scan the game’s binary files and the device’s memory to detect and prevent cheating.
HOW WILL WE USE PERSONAL DATA?
We will only use personal data in order to operate and improve the quality of our games and services. We may engage subcontractors to collect and process your personal information on our behalf. These subcontractors may be located in other countries, including outside the European Union.
HOW LONG WILL YOU STORE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR?
We will only store your personal information for as long as is required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected (along with any related legal or accounting requirements).
MANAGEMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you are a registered user, you will be entitled to update and/or remove your personal information from your account by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may need specific information from you to confirm your identity before disclosing any personal data.
We will use all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your personal information held by us. We have procedures and programming principles in place to secure your data and deal with any suspected breaches of your data. We will inform you of any suspected breaches, along with any applicable regulator where there is a legal requirement to do so.
CHILDREN UNDER 13
We will not hold personal information where the subject has disclosed that it is under the age of 13. In these cases we will close the subject's account.
